Framing: Post & beam style framing with oak 4x4 posts, oak 2x4 girts & 2x4 top and bottom wind braces.

Kickboards: Rough-cut oak 1x8x4' kickboards.

Siding: 1x10 Eastern White Pine board & batten vertical

Rafters: 2x4 spruce rafters spaced at 16" o.c.

Roof: 7/16" OSB plywood, #15 felt underlayment and 30 year IKO architectural shingles

Dutch Doors: 4'x7' wood swing-out type

Windows: 8-lite (24"x40") sliding, protected by heavy duty window grills inside of stalls

Hardware: Powder coated black 20" long door hinges and either horseshoe or regular latches

Partition Grills: 32" high powder coated black grills with 1" dia. bars 4" o.c.

Tack Room: Comes standard with wood floor (2x6 p.t. floor joists 16" o.c. and 5/8" CDX plywood), one 3'x7' service door and one 8-lite window.
