MGC Warranty for Modular Barns & Sheds
Not many manufacturing companies are willing to guarantee their craftsmanship. Each of our structures is build with tenacious attention to detail and is thoroughly inspected before leaving our manufacturing facility. In doing so, we are able to offer the craftsmanship's warranty on all of our barns and sheds.
Our barns are designed and constructed to ensure that you are investing in a sound structure that will last for many years to come.
Warranty
All of our Modular Horse Barns & Equine Sheds are covered for one year against defects in the manufacturer's workmanship. This warranty is good from the date of purchase for one (1) full year. Only manufacturer's craftsmanship is covered under this warranty.
Note on Modular Barns: If foundation for Modular Center Aisle Barn is done by others, Warranty for the barn shall not be provided. Warranty for the barn shall be provided ONLY when foundation for the barn is done by MGC.
Warrantor shall not be liable for the natural characteristic of some wood to split, warp, swell, or twist, or for any consequential damages caused by any person or caused by animals including, but not limited to, chewing on the wooden parts such as siding, trims, battens, etc. Warrantor shall also not be liable for any damages done to the building by flooding, hurricane, fire, or any other acts of God that can not be controlled by the Warrantor.
For safety reasons, the manufacturer reserves the right to make design and construction changes without notice.
Note to Customers: To avoid any mistakes & misunderstandings with your local contractors or so called "helpers", we strongly recommend to hire our company to do as much work as possible on your barn, especially foundation and the barn assembly.
