*Offered by our competition.  We do not offer Monitor Barns (only Loft Barns & Low Profile/Economy Barns).

**Due to the fact that the lowest point inside the stall on Monitor Barn is only 7'-6" (after finished floor), we do not recommend the use of this Barn for horses over 16 hands (especially for 17h horses).  Other builders might argue and not agree with this statement, but our concern is your horses safety.

***First number represents the measurement of the lowest point inside the stall (by exterior barn wall), second number is the measurement at the highest point inside the stall (at stall front).  Keep in mind that another 6" of headroom will be lost inside of stalls after floor is finished with rubber mats.  We recommend to use MGC Loft Barn with Center Aisle Loft for horses over 17 hands.  For horses over 17 hands, Low Profile or Monitor Barn is not recommended.
