MODULAR HORSE BARNS
Our Modular Horse Barns are designed to be delivered in sections with roof
finished on site. Our popular Modular Loft Barns are stick-built
using heavy rough-cut oak framing with 4x6 posts, and roof rafters in order to
provide much needed space for horses inside of stalls and plenty of clearance
inside of the aisle. To accommodate different needs & requirements, our
Loft Barns may be built with three different styles of loft: Full
loft (provides more space for hay storage), Loft over the center aisle (provides
over 14' of headroom inside of stalls) and Loft over the stalls with an open
aisle (provides open barn look inside of the aisle and over 16' of clearance).
Many options, such as lean-tos, different style of roofs, dormers, etc. are
available and may be installed on any of our Modular Loft Barn. Our Loft Barn is a REAL horse barn and is built
even sturdier than any on-site constructed pole building.
At the same time you will find our prices to be very affordable and reasonable.
The most noticeable difference you will see about our "Modular Loft Barns", is that the roof is built with rafters instead of
trusses in order to give you an open-space look and to provide room for full hay
loft. Don't forget to visit our Modular Loft Barn Photo Gallery

Our "Economy Modular Barn" (or what some other builders call - Low Profile) is the most economical way to build a center aisle horse barn. This type of building is recommended to use for ponies and small horses under 16 hands in height. Due to low back wall, we do not recommend to use this type of barn for 16+ hand horses. As any other of our barns, the Economy Modular Barn is built using quality materials such as oak framing, white pine siding and 30 year shingles. After the barn sections are delivered, it only takes 2 days to finish the barn on-site. The disadvantage of Economy Barns compared to our Loft Barns, is that you can not add the lean-tos, or build a full hay loft. The only loft available for this low profile building is the loft over the center aisle in a raised aisle configuration. Please call for prices and other information.
